We want your shopping experience at The Wind Free to be the absolute best! If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything we can to try and make it better!
Please look over your order as soon as it arrives. If you think that you've received a defective item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery.
Rules and procedures for RETURNS:
- The customer is responsible for the shipping and handling of any returned item(s).
- All damaged items will be inspected and verified.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Allow 5-7 business days to process your return.
